韩琳

韩琳,女,beat365手机官方网站齐鲁青年学者,山东省杰出青年基金获得者,目前为beat365手机官方网站海洋研究院教授。

主要从事微电子与生物医学或海洋环境交叉领域的研究,目前承担国家自然基金青年项目、国家重点研发计划(课题负责人)“高增敏金属纳米结构材料与聚集体生化传感器研究”、山东省杰出青年基金、山东省重大科技创新项目课题等多项省部级项目,并获得2019年beat365手机官方网站青年交叉科学创新群体项目支持。在包括Nucleic Acids Research,Small,Nanoscale, Npj 2D Materials and Applications, Scientific Reports, Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Electronic Devices Letts, PNAS, Nano Letters, ACS Nano等的国际期刊发表论文40余篇,申请美国专利9项,中国专利8项,国际专利2项,其中授权美国专利4项。

在普林斯顿大学电子工程系获得博士学位,在微纳加工方面积累了丰富的经验。博士毕业后加入耶鲁老员工物医学工程系,结合自身的电子工程技术,研发用于单细胞生物信息分析的微流控芯片系统,并取得多项创新成果。2015年10月被生物技术公司 Isoplexis聘为首席科学家,继续研发高通量单细胞分泌蛋白芯片,设计制备了一种高通量单细胞功能因子分析平台,可对数以千计的活体单细胞所分泌的多种功能因子进行定量检测,在免疫细胞治疗方面具有非常重要的应用价值。

目前课题组的主要研究方向包括:1、单细胞分析芯片与系统;2、生物分子尤其是疾病相关标记物(外泌体、miRNA、DNA片段、抗原、抗体等)的高灵敏、高可靠、高通量检测;3、基于荧光、拉曼、新型电子器件、电化学的检测芯片、系统和小型装备的研发;4、环境污染物的检测,比如重金属离子、抗生素、毒素等的快速检测。基于10余年的微纳加工经验,在半导体材料生长、器件与电路设计及微加工制备、湿法刻蚀、激光剥离、晶圆健合、晶圆研磨和抛光等工艺,以及材料器件分析和测试方面具有坚实的基础。课题组具备从芯片设计、加工、到系统和小型设备搭建、信号检测分析等全套的平台条件。

研究方向:利用微电子、纳米材料、分析化学与生命科学的交叉融合,开创交叉研究特色学科,突破卡脖子的关键技术,开发国家急需的生物传感检测分析芯片、系统与装备。

1.单细胞分析芯片与系统;

2.生物分子尤其是疾病相关标记物(外泌体、miRNA、DNA片段、抗原、抗体等)的高灵敏、高可靠、高通量检测;

3.基于荧光、拉曼、新型电子器件、电化学的检测芯片、系统和小型装备的研发;

4.环境污染物的检测,比如重金属离子、抗生素、毒素、赤潮藻等的快速检测。
